Willing® VacBag™ is tear-resistant silicone vacuum bag for vacuuming in process of laminated glass. the Glass vacuum furnace adopts the principle of vacuum, so that the glass is heated under vacuum conditions, using atmospheric pressure to make the glass in the vacuum bag under pressure to exclude air and make it impossible to produce air bubbles, Willing® VacBag™ in the heating and vacuum conditions, the two or several pieces of glass and EVA (or other film) heat together with lamination oven.
Willing® VacBag™ is the core component of the glass vacuum laminating furnace, it has two silicone plates and shaped silicone seals, the silicone plate is the key component of the whole laminating furnace, its quality directly affects the quality of laminated glass.
